We hope this email finds you well as we are already in November and fast nearing the end of 2022.
There are 2 matters we would like to address;
Firstly, Load shedding
Our office is also affected by load shedding and kindly ask that you bear with us in this matter, however do take note that the servers are not affected by load shedding and continues to run as usual.
Secondly, Non-server related support
Should there be any non-server related issue solving done by eDisc, additional charges will apply, this means that should any investigation be made into an issue and be found that it isn't a server fault the account will be charged per hour or part thereof.
