Unfortunately
it has become necessary to re-iterate our policy regarding non-payments and account
suspensions.
When will an account be considered overdue?
- By the 5th of each
month
What will
happen when your account is not paid by the 5th?
- Your account will be suspended without
notice and a page to that effect will be displayed on your website (on
Linux servers). Windows Server accounts will display nothing.
- Email and Website services will
become inaccessible
- A rate of 5% per month until
the outstanding balance is paid to a maximum of 3 months after which the
account will be terminated
- 20% of the Transaction fee on Debit
Orders that failed
What would
you need to do to get your account unsuspended?
- Pay the total outstanding
balance due on your account
- + the 5% accrued charges if
applicable
- + 20% of the transaction fee
for failed debit orders if applicable
- + R30 per domain administration
fee irrespective
When will your
account be un-suspended after you have paid?
- Account will only be un-suspended
on Working Days, Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm and may take up to 2
days
- Your account will be terminated
without notice
- All data including but not
limited to Emails, Website Files, Databases and Applications will be
deleted and purged from our servers
- Should you wish to continue
hosting after this period; a reconnection fee of R250 will become
applicable
- We reserve the right to accept
or reject re-instating this account
- You will be solely responsible
for re-instating your account as it was prior to termination including but
not limited to uploading your web site and re-creating email accounts
- Discuss it with our Accounts Department
via email or telephone to avoid suspension. We have been known to be accommodating
but please do not abuse this freedom.
